Booking requests
We collect the name, contact details, vehicle registration, preferred date, service and message you provide so the garage can respond and arrange work. We use this information to take steps at your request before a contract and, where applicable, to fulfil that contract.
Mobile tyre enquiries
The quick callout form prepares your location, vehicle registration, tyre size and issue as a WhatsApp message. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send it. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy terms. These form details are not sent to our website server.
Website chat
The automated assistant provides general garage information and does not confirm appointments or diagnose faults. Please do not share payment details, sensitive personal information or vehicle documents in chat. Messages may be processed by a service provider to produce a response. Use the phone or booking form for a personal enquiry.
Security, cookies and third parties
Security tools may process your IP address and browser information to prevent spam and abuse. Essential session cookies support the booking form and security. Optional maps load only when you choose to load them. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google reviews take you to their services, where their privacy policies apply.
Access and retention
Booking information is shared with the garage and the providers needed to operate the website and email. It is kept for as long as needed to respond, provide services and meet applicable record-keeping duties. We do not use this form to enrol you in marketing.
